Order Processing & Confirmation

• Confirmation Deposit: To confirm your order, a 50% down payment is required. Payments can be made via Instapay or Vodafone Cash to 01064083870.

• Delivery Timeline: Your order will be delivered within 1 week from the date of payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Coverage

• Cairo Shipping: Delivery fees inside Cairo are calculated dynamically based on the number of items in your order.

• Governorates Shipping: Shipping to all other Egyptian governorates is available exclusively for orders containing more than 4 items.

Returns & Exchanges

• Policy Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for covering all return or exchange shipping costs.
